TPM 1 Kickoff - Online

1-2 February

On 1th and 2th February 2022, the kickoff meeting was held with the participation of all partners. After the presentation of the partners and their organisations, the project was reviewed in all its aspects: phases, organisation, budget, administrative details.

They then went into the project's specifics by focusing on the first activities to be carried out, the role of each partner, presenting a draft programme for the dissemination of results, and setting out the next meetings according to the timetable.

TPM 2 - Milano 

27-28 June 2022

On 27th and 28th June 2022, the second Transnational Meeting between the project partners took place in Milan, the first one in presence, an opportunity to consolidate the knowledge between the partners and the teamwork. Unfortunately, some of the ModaCult staff could not attend because they were affected by COVID.

The main topics discussed were as follows:

  •     Glossary - Comments, proposal, discussion and roadmap to conclusion
  •     Case studies, learning outcomes and glossary - Each partner presented and confirmed its case study; all were initiated, at least with an initial contact and interview.

Starting from the ISEM learning outcomes proposal, the UC team conducted collaborative work to deepen the meaning and content of the learning outcomes (LOs), to share the need and to verify the appropriateness of the LOs to the different project contexts and targets (university students and professionals).

  •     The learning activity (C2) in Nijmegen is scheduled for 24-26 October 2022.

The meeting closes with updates on dissemination and communication activities, administrative and financial activities, and monitoring activities.

TPM 3 - Online 

12th December 2022

The meeting went through the entire agenda.  The key activities were agreed and planned. Considering the feasibility of the testing and to pursue the best result, two different testing fields were planned for two modules (#1 The challenge of sustainability and #5 Act good and make it known (Communication fo Sustainability): UC, RU and ISEM will test them in an international class with students from the three Universities. JU will test in an international class enrolled in the polish university. 

The case studies are almost complete, and a draft of the guidelines is presented. The partners agree that the completion of the guidelines will be possible after the testing. 

TPM 4 - San Sebastian 

28 - 29 July 2023

The forth Transantional Partner meeting was a rich mix of team work and visits in the Basque region. 

After the host welcoming, the team recapped the project milestones and results (achieved and expected) focusing on the guidelines review and the leanring module results toward the planning of the next testing phased (4 Learning modules at national level). The design of the webinars was started in advance to perfectly meet the deadlines of the project. 

A reflection about the endurace of the rpoject results and the partnership was carried out, focusing on e-learning platform, communication / dissemination, networking 

The TPM gave the chance to visit Museo Balenciaga and Guetaria, San Sebastian and Basque Culinary Center, talking with chefs about their vision and role in the promotion of sustainability in and from gastronomy, incorporating trends, etc. 

The meeting closed with the debriefing of the visits and future tasks planning. 

TPM 5 - Online

24-24 november2023

On 23th and 24th November, the project partners met remotely for the fifth TPM.
New experiments of training modules for A.Y. 2023-24 started in the different courses of the partner universities:

1. The challenges of sustainability
2. Circularity - Application of the circular economy in the fashion and food sectors
3. Footprint in everyday consumption. Mainstream and alternatives
4. The ecostystem of responsibility. Corporate social responsibility, collective action and citizenship
5. Driving and communicating sustainability
6. The challenge of greenwahing and consumer protection
