Activities and target

ACTIVITIES

The project consists of 4 macro-activities:  

  1. CreaNet: creation of a network between the identified realities; the activity involves the construction of a collaborative platform, the organisation of the community, the activation of stakeholders, the organisation of round tables, the meeting between enterprises and young talents.  
  2. CreaTraining: delivery of courses and seminars aimed at providing the realities part of the network with knowledge, models and tools for the twin transition; the activity includes training programmes and practical and theoretical mini-trainings. 
  3. CreaCoach: a mentorship programme designed to offer targeted and customised support to incubated realities, in line with their identified needs, with a special focus on enhancing communication and brand design skills. 
  4. CreaCheck: assessment of the project's progress; the activity envisages overall monitoring by the technical-scientific Board and any operational rescheduling. 

 

TARGET

Within the identified areas, the project addresses a wide variety of actors that populate the cultural and creative field: small businesses, self-production activities, hobbyists, but also institutions and associations. Particular attention is paid to those realities that offer training and human opportunities aimed at transforming informal knowledge into work skills and offering professional outlets, favouring paths of social inclusion.
