The research carried out for the EBANO group has explored the potential of ANIMAL CARE both with respect to the identity of the brand and with respect to the diverse community of consumers, amateurs, professionals.
The identification of the values and trends that characterize this field have provided insights used to strengthen the brand identity of three platforms in this industry: CEF, Zampando, Petme.
The research was the first step to rethinking the interactions between the platforms and their homogenization towards a unified identity, but well targeted, of the different strands of supply (information, training, services, possibly social).
