A1. New content to communicate sustainability in fashion & food.

Collection and comparison of teaching experiences, workshops, research results focused on sustainability, in order to develop a new vocabulary that goes beyond the term "sustainability" and specifies the different processes and concrete dimensions of which sustainability is made.

The word "sustainability" is overused and risks losing its meaning. It indicates actions related to very different fields (environment, working conditions, cultural differences, etc.). It is time to move towards a new vocabulary capable of expressing each of these dimensions and creating awareness and advocacy among citizens and consumers.
