Adapt university courses and faculty practices to future trends in fashion & food synergies, with a rapid response to skills needs, including transversal and digital skills.

To develop the skills of the community in the same areas, transferring contents, methods and tools to continuous training for different targets (young entrepreneurs and start-uppers, public managers, local business professionals, etc.)
