ACTIVITIES
The project includes 4 macro-activities:
1. CreaNet: construction of a network between the identified realities; The activity involves the creation of a collaborative platform, the organization of the community, the activation of stakeholders, the organization of discussion and listening tables, the meeting between companies, organizations and young talents.
2. CreaTraining: provision of courses and seminars aimed at providing participants with knowledge, models and tools for the twin transition (digital and sustainable); The activity includes practical and theoretical training programs and mini-trainings.
3. CreaCoach: mentorship program designed to offer targeted and personalized support to some of the participating realities, in line with their needs, with a particular focus on enhancing communication and brand design skills.
4. CreaCheck: verification of the progress of the project; The activity includes overall monitoring by the technical-scientific board and any operational reprogramming interventions.
RECIPIENTS
Within these areas, the project is aimed at a wide variety of actors who populate the cultural and creative field: small entrepreneurial activities, self-production realities, hobbies, but also institutions and associations. Particular attention is paid to those realities that offer training and human paths aimed at transforming informal knowledge into work skills and offering professional opportunities, promoting paths of social inclusion.
Funded through a Public Notice for the submission of Intervention Proposals for the Cultural and Creative Industry 4.0, to be funded under the PNRR, Mission 1 "Digitization, innovation, competitiveness and culture", Component 3 "Tourism and Culture 4.0" (M1C3), Measure 3 "Cultural and Creative Industry 4.0", Investment 3.3: "Capacity building for cultural operators to manage the digital and green transition", Sub-Investment 3.3.1: "Interventions to improve the ecosystem in which the cultural and creative sectors operate, encouraging cooperation between cultural operators and organisations and facilitating upskills and reskills" (Action A I) – funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.
