On Wednesday 15 May, Prof. Carla Lunghi will participate in the webinar "From thread to food: stories of sustainability and innovation in Italy" organised within the framework of the European project Fashion&Food for Sustainability .
During the seminar we will have the opportunity to get to know two experiences of food and fashion production (Cooperativa Goel and Fondazione Le Costantine) in which sustainability, tradition and innovation are combined in a very peculiar way.
