Good Practices
WWELL has always looked at the company as an entity capable of making a decisive contribution to the creation of "shared value" in the territories and in the broader social context, to the benefit of both corporate competitiveness and the ability to respond to the needs of the relevant stakeholders.
In this framework, WWELL has developed in-depth know-how relating to the internal and external conditions that favor the economic, social and environmental sustainability of companies in a market, institutional and cultural environment increasingly oriented towards ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) criteria of action. More broadly, WWELL makes its expertise available for studies, analyses and interventions – also for organisational development purposes – addressed to various types of organisations (private, public, third sector), with particular reference to the processes of managing organisational culture, personnel and human capital diversity/inclusion.
