Proposals for unions
WWELL, in the wake of a long tradition of studies and research in the field of industrial relations and trade union representation, recognizes the enduring centrality of the conflict between capital and labor, but also the fundamental role of recomposition processes based on negotiation and bilaterality, in the perspective of a fairer and more equitable world of work and the promotion of "decent work".
