    Milan Social Policy Seminars

     Next Wednesday, October 14, 2026, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., at the new San Francesco campus of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, as part of the "Milan Social Policy Seminars" – MISPS, an inter-university initiative of the University of Milan, the seminar entitled "(Im)perfect strangers – The phenomenon of adult male inactivity" will take place, starting from the results of the recent research coordinated by Laura Zanfrini, Director of the WWELL Center, who will speak as a speaker. The event, also promoted by the Center and the Department of Sociology, is part of the scientific activities of the PhD course in "Sociology.     Summer School "Human mobility and global justice. Encounters and clashes of cultures. For a culture of interculturality"

     Starting next Monday, August 24, in Palermo, the XIV edition of the Summer School "Human mobility and global justice. Encounters and clashes of cultures. For a culture of interculturality", dedicated to the theme of culture and the challenges posed by intercultural and interreligious coexistence. In this regard, it should be noted that last August 14 the Holy Father's message Leo XIV for the 112th World Day of Migrants and Refugees, which will be celebrated on Sunday, September 27, 2026, was published on the theme "Even one of these children (cf.
