  • Carry out a survey of the initiatives promoted through industrial relations and bargaining at company/territorial level
  • Carry out a reconnaissance of the initiatives promoted by the company
  • Identification of the paradigmatic elements of the company in question with particular reference to: enhancement of the role of the trade union for a more mature and far-sighted approach to the problem of the management of immigrant human resources; recognition of the specific needs of workers with a migrant background; recognition and enhancement of skills related to migration background; recognition and management of the peculiar relationships of "interethnic coexistence" in the workplace, including their potentially problematic and conflictual aspects; recognition and enhancement of synergies with the commitment to social responsibility/corporate sustainability and DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) actions.
