ONLINE: CreAbility - Know Your Consumers course

The ModaCult team reminds you that on Tuesday 6 May, at 5:30 pm, the first edition of the course "Know your consumers" will begin, with the teachers Dr. Cornaggia and Dr. Noia (members of our ModaCult research center). The course is free of charge and is part of the courses offered by the CreAbility project .

The course aims to introduce participants to the main consumer trends in the creative industries, offering insights, ideas and practical tools to develop their own businesses. It will start with an analysis of consumption trends at a general level, focusing on four themes relevant to the creative industries: environmental sustainability, cultural sustainability (heritage and tradition), product experience and customization, and digitalization. Rather than dealing with each topic in an exhaustive way, the meeting will provide application tools and ample space to analyze case studies. Participants will also have the opportunity to discuss consumer relationship strategies, especially for small businesses in the sector.
