HUMUS E.T.

The research project HUMUS E.T. (HUman Mobility and migration as a resoUrce for organizationS - Entrepreneurial Training Skills to Support Entrepreneurial Initiatives of Migrants in the Services Sector) analyzes migrant entrepreneurship in services as an economic and social phenomenon, located at the intersection of human mobility, entrepreneurial skills, inclusion and territorial sustainability. The start-up, consolidation and evolution of the company depend not only on the individual characteristics of the entrepreneur, but also on the quality of social and professional networks, access to resources and information, the ability to orient oneself in the regulatory and administrative context and the support available in the territory. In this perspective, entrepreneurial training is understood as a lever of empowerment: a set of practical, contextualized and accessible devices that contribute to strengthening autonomy, resilience and economic-social participation, making administrative, managerial, digital and relational knowledge more usable.
