Dr. Chiara Formichi holds a Master's Degree in European and International Politics from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan. She is currently a researcher and Project Officer at the ISMU ETS Foundation, where she deals with national and European research and planning on the issues of migration, the labour inclusion of people with a migrant background and Diversity Equity and Inclusion. She is an expert in the subject for the course "Sociology of migration and interethnic coexistence", held by Prof. Laura Zanfrini at the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan. She is also engaged, on a voluntary basis, in teaching Italian as a second language and in inclusion initiatives aimed at people with a migrant background.
