Online Course "Strategic Relations. Strategic Communication, Dialogues and Kind Leadership"
Effective communication is universally considered the key to successful leadership, because it represents the basis for building interpersonal relationships based on trust and optimal collaboration. However, communication skills are often focused on the "tactical" level, neglecting the "strategic" level, which requires the ability to anticipate and plan for change, identify and seize opportunities, solve complex problems, and make critical decisions that affect long-term success. The course aims to fill this gap, offering a new model of "positive communication" that emphasizes the importance of deep listening and mutual understanding.
Online Course "The Virtual Mind: Psychology of the Metaverse", aimed at psychologists, educators and doctors
The aim of the course is to understand the wide spectrum of possibilities that simulation technologies offer to transform people's experience and promote positive change in various areas, from mental health to neurorehabilitation, from training to communication.
On this journey we will be accompanied by experts from the Center for Studies and Research in the Psychology of Communication (PsiCom), a research group that in the last 25 years has carried out a large number of studies regarding virtual worlds and their applications.
The course is aimed at psychologists, educators, rehabilitation professionals, but more generally, at all those interested in understanding how virtual technology interacts with the human mind.
