Per rispondere al meglio a queste problematiche, il Centro PRONUTRIGEN dispone delle seguenti attrezzature:

• Cromatografo liquido su scala nano con sistema CHIP (Agilent 1260 nanoLC CHIP liquid chromatograph)
• Cromatografo liquido UHPLC (Agilent 1290 UHPLC system equipped with binary pump and autosampler thermostated module)
• Spettrometro di massa ibrido a quadrupolo-tempo-di-volo (Agilent 6550 iFunnel QTOF system equipped with dualJetStream source)
• Gas cromatografo Agilent 7820 accoppiato a spettrometro di massa a quadrupolo Agilent 5977B inert
• Iniettore per spazio di testa Agilent 7697
• Strumenti real time PCR: LightCycler ®_ 480 Instrument II (Roche Life Science, Germany); StepOneTM Plus Real-Time PCR System (Applied Biosystem, USA).
• Strumenti per estrazione di DNA batterico da matrici diverse: FastPrep®-24 Instrument, Maxwell®16 Instrument, Vortex Genie2;
• Strumenti per DGGE:INGENYphor 2×2 System (INGENYphor, Goes, the Netherlands)
• Accesso ad un sistema di calcolo ad elevate prestazioni (HPC) dotato di:
  • Cluster di virtualizzazione con 768 GB di RAM e 120 core per la gestione di server virtuali destinati allo sviluppo di applicazioni web, software e database.
  • Cluster di calcolo con 700 core e 3.5 TB di RAM destinato alle analisi di grandi quantità di dati.
  • Storage ad alte prestazioni con capacità fino ad 1 PB.
