The research aims to explore the issue of the relationship between services and families during the emergency, and to examine whether and how the relational practices with families during the lockdown were mutually supportive and inclusive. It then proposes educational and training interventions for parents/family members and educators/teachers, with the goal of countering the disruptive effects of the pandemic.
