The State of Food Security and Nutrition in the World 2024

The WHO's annual report focuses on analyzing progress toward eliminating hunger, food insecurity and malnutrition. It presents up-to-date data on these topics and the possibility of accessing a healthy diet. We are not yet on the right track: millions of people still lack access to safe and nutritious food. However, the progress made in some countries is cause for hope. The 2024 report highlights the urgency of increasing funding for food security and nutrition with a common plan and a clear and defined monitoring system.
