Anderson-Fabry disease
Anderson-Fabry disease is a rare genetic condition characterized by an extremely variable clinical picture. To investigate this hereditary genetic disease, the School of Specialization in Medical Genetics and the Center for Research and Studies on Procreative Health (CeRISSaP) of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart promoted, on January 10 at the Rome campus, a conference together with the Paul VI International Scientific Institute and the Italian Anderson Fabry Association. The initiative, which brought together experts, clinicians and representatives of patient associations, is now also available in podcast format, to allow a wider dissemination of content and raise awareness of this complex disease.
