In this research area, we investigate how constructs and models developed in social and organisational psychology can be meaningfully integrated using artificial intelligence systems and algorithms. The aim is to develop personalised growth paths in the workplace that are in line with the resources of each person and the goals and values of the organisation.

Ongoing Projects
Optimised Talent Search - Beehive Project
In this project, we developed and tested a causal model derived from psychological tests to predict the presence of different specific potentials in individuals. The result was Beehive, an innovative test that allows you to calculate the probability of the actual presence of each of the potentials considered.

Completed Projects
Promoting Performance Pathways - Illimity Project
Starting from the study of individual evaluation and performance trajectories measured for a limited period of time and with partial data, we developed a causal model that allows to describe and predict the evolution of subpopulations of workers over time.

Personalised Identification of the Growth Path - Aheda Project
The Aheda tool was developed on the basis of self-assessments of a sample of employees. It enables the identification of personalised and optimal development paths that are useful for training and coaching measures in the workplace.
