Is it possible to integrate psychological models and artificial intelligence systems to develop personalized growth paths in the workplace, consistent with each individual's resources and the organization's goals and values? It would seem so. And that is what the interdisciplinary research center PsyLab - Psychology, Law and Policy Lab, directed by Professor Patrizia Catellani, has been studying for some time. PsyLab, with the use of AI algorithms and thanks to the contribution of professors, managers, psychologists and human resources experts, is developing new models and pathways capable of translating into automated systems that support the growth of workers and the business environment in which they work.
Some of these innovative experiences, developed by leading companies in their respective fields, were illustrated on Wednesday, June 5, during the workshop “Artificial Intelligence for the Growth of People and Organizations.”
