Repubblica.it (Green&Blue editorial team) dedicates an article to the results of our project “Fashion & Food synergy for sustainability,” funded under the Erasmus+ – Higher Education program, highlighting the potential of online collaborative learning in fostering positive changes in attitudes towards sustainability. Prof. Mazzucotelli emphasizes the educational outcomes published in the volume “Nuevos aprendizajes tecnologizados con aplicaciones culturales y didácticas.”
Moreover, one of the main products of the project, developed between 2023 and 2024 with the contribution of eight European partners, is the first glossary dedicated to sustainability in the fashion and food sectors. The glossary, available online in Italian and English, accompanied by extensive bibliographic references, collects key terms such as “food swamp” — the trap of unhealthy foods — and “smart fashion,” the clothing of the future that combines technology and sustainability.
Professor Mazzucotelli highlights how the glossary, designed for students, researchers, and the “green generation,” represents a fundamental resource for understanding and promoting conscious and sustainable choices in both fields.
The Fashion & Food project has also produced training tools available on EDUOPEN, the Italian platform of free and open university courses.
