The ModaCult team reminds that on Tuesday, May 6th, at 5:30 PM, the first edition of the course "Conmosci i tuoi consumatori" will begin, led by Professors Cornaggia and Noia. The course is free and is part of the programs offered by the CreAbility project.
The course aims to introduce participants to the main consumption trends in the creative industries sector, providing insights, ideas, and practical tools to develop their businesses. The course will begin with an analysis of consumption trends at a general level, focusing on four relevant themes for the creative industries: environmental sustainability, cultural sustainability (heritage and tradition), product experience and customization, and digitalization. Rather than covering each topic exhaustively, the session will provide practical tools and ample space for case study analysis. Participants will also have the opportunity to discuss consumer engagement strategies, particularly for small businesses in the sector.
