The Social Observatory for a new season of territorial social bargaining

The Social Observatory of territorial bargaining of Cisl and Fnp Cisl is an essential point of reference to document the action of social representation of citizens and workers that the union carries out in the territories thanks to proximity social bargaining.

The project aims to achieve various cognitive and strategic-organizational objectives: to enhance the information assets of the Social Observatory by providing a clear and detailed qualitative/quantitative picture of the areas in which the negotiation action is expressed, the policy instruments it promotes, the goals it pursues and achieves. Understand how, to what extent, the context conditions (e.g. labour market, profile of the resident population, political and institutional structure (e.g. social spending, municipal budgets) of the territories] influence the dynamics and outcomes of the negotiation processes. Identify and analyse agreements considered relevant and innovated in order to define good practices in social bargaining. To support the qualification of local territorial social bargaining, and the further qualification of negotiation processes, at the same time strengthening the link between the negotiation action and the social action strategies of the CISL.
