Feeding Complex Matter with Light
I-LAMP (Interdisciplinary Laboratories for Advanced Materials Physics) is a research center of the Faculty of Mathematical, Physical and Natural Sciences at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
Our mission is to advance fundamental and applied scientific research, and to provide technological expertise across key areas of modern physics, including:
- Physics of complex materials, nanostructures, surfaces, and interfaces
- Design and development of advanced instrumentation and devices for radiation-matter interaction
- Development and implementation of computational models and codes for the study of complex and nanostructured systems
Driven by a strong interdisciplinary vision, I-LAMP serves as a hub where advanced materials physics, innovation, and collaboration converge to create scientific impact at both the local and global level.
